For Stallholders
Wall sites are positioned hard up against a wall and often have access to power. Centre sites are located in the middle of the venue and usually do not have power available.
If you are just starting out and only need 2–3 tables or less, book single table site spaces. If you would like 5 or more tables, please book a 4m x 4m site.
Yes. Stallholders are required to attend for the full duration of a two-day event.
Yes. The site fee covers both days inclusive.

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own tables, display racks and decorations to personalise your stall.
Wall sites often have access to power. Centre sites usually do not. Please indicate your requirements when booking.
Vendor set up times are provided in advance, prior to each fair. Each of our fairs offer a full day to set up the day before the event. It is important that you arrive and are ready by the scheduled opening time.
No, all bookings must be made for individuals. If you wish to have a second site adjacent to a friend, you must book the sites separately.
You can accept payment via cash, card or both. This decision is entirely yours and we have an ATM on site at all events.
For Visitors
Running our fairs involves high venue hire costs, advertising, staff, insurance and other business expenses. Entry fees help us cover these costs so we can continue delivering well organised, safe events for both stallholders and visitors.
Yes you can. Specialist dealers are available at our fairs to provide free advice. Many also buy directly on the day if you wish to sell your items. Specialists and stall holders do not offer appraisals at our fairs.
We do not have certified appraisers onsite and do not offer formal appraisals or certification at our fairs.
Professional appraisals and certification are a paid service and must be arranged separately.
Our fairs are packed with antiques, vintage collectables, jewellery, porcelain, glassware, records, retro décor, military items and much more. It is the perfect place to treasure hunt, browse unique items and meet like minded collectors.
Yes. Our fairs are family friendly and a great day out for all ages.
Most venues offer parking on site or nearby. We recommend checking the event page for each location for details.
Every fair has food and drink available to purchase. Whether it is onsite cafes, charities fundraising with a BBQ or food trucks, we ensure that there is always something to purchase to eat and drink for our patrons and vendors.
This varies by venue and most councils do not allow in pets into sports centres. Showgrounds typically allow dogs and dog owners should check with local council laws before bringing their on-leash dog to our fairs. Registered service animals and Guide Dogs are always accepted at all venues.
Many stalls accept card payments; however, it is a good idea to carry some cash, especially for smaller purchases.
An ATM is available on site at every fair, should you need to get cash out.
Your entry fee can be paid by card or cash.
Yes, all of our fairs are wheelchair accessible. Please contact us if you have specific accessibility requirements.
